Volunteer Opportunities: Making a difference can happen at
any level
The opportunity to share your time and contribute to the success of Sammy’s House is one of our organization’s unique attributes. From online donations to specialty equipment donation, we thrive on our volunteers helping us in a variety of ways.
Care Givers
Care givers work directly with children either at the facility, Monday through Friday, or at the respite care program on Saturdays.
Classroom Volunteers
Class volunteers complete projects that support the curriculum and therapeutic objectives.
Facility Volunteers
Facility volunteers complete projects that maintain the children's playground, gardens and help with general maintenance.
Program Support Volunteers
Program support volunteers complete projects that support all three programs.
Administrative & Fundraising Support
Administrative and fundraising support includes a variety of options that can be done at our facility or at home.
Therapy Equipment Loaning Program
The Therapy Equipment Loaning Program provides therapeutic equipment to families for short or long term use. The program includes a variety of developmental and adaptive tpys and much more.
